Our Tiny-Home Affordable Housing Vision
Our long-term goal: acquire or control land in Brazoria County and develop a tiny-home or affordable-housing community that combines housing with transportation, employment support, pantry access, financial literacy and independent-living services.

We are seeking donated, discounted or grant-supported land suitable for affordable housing. We are also interested in surplus property and development partnerships that can reduce acquisition costs.

Before homes can be placed, the site may require surveys, engineering, drainage, roads, parking, water, sewer, electricity, lighting, sidewalks, landscaping and other site-preparation work.
We are seeking builders, contractors, engineers, skilled labor, donated materials, appliances, furnishings and construction partners who can help turn the housing vision into a functioning community.
